This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ABM Strategy: Lead the execution of the ABM strategy, overseeing multichannel ABM campaigns across email, display ads, content marketing, events, and social media. Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Account Targeting & Segmentation: Use data and insights to define, segment, and prioritize high-potential accounts. Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify target accounts and personas, ensuring a laser-focused, highly relevant approach.
  • Brand Awareness: Drive brand awareness campaigns within our ICP, including organic social, events, content syndication, and more.
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure the sales team has all the necessary information to maximize prospecting productivity. Provide real-time insights into campaign and web activity on warm accounts demonstrating intent to buy. Work with sales daily to optimize the lead hand-off process.
  • Events: Own our presence at both physical and virtual events, maximizing our opportunities with partners, prospects, and customers alike.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Establish KPIs to track ABM campaign performance and results of the holistic marketing plan. Deliver regular reporting on key metrics such as account engagement, pipeline velocity, sales cycle, and revenue impact.
  • Technology & Tools: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, and full marketing stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense, etc.) to streamline processes, personalize campaigns, and track account engagement.
  • Leadership: Lead and develop a team of hardworking, data-driven marketing professionals. Steward a culture of experimentation, turning insights from each test into shared learnings that drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Execution: Own part of the execution plan yourself, including getting your hands dirty writing copy, running webinars, attending events, and closing out Asana tasks. Just because you’re a Director, you lead by example with a strong work ethic.

Requirements
  • +10 years of experience
  • Track record of scaling performance marketing across high-growth businesses
  • High level of comfort in achieving financial targets by translating strategic goals into actionable team objectives, utilizing metrics and regular reviews to track, communicate, and continuously enhance performance and sustained progress
  • An innovative thinker who will push Ottimate to new levels of success
  • Highly fluent in martech with a strong passion for staying ahead of emerging trends, paired with the expertise to integrate complex, multi-platform systems seamlessly
  • B2B SaaS experience, especially within a high growth start-up environment
