Job Description

Provide leadership for global semiconductor hardware engineering initiatives focused on silicon ecosystem development including EDA vendors, IP and test chip programs in support of MCU and SoC programs and path finding initiatives.

Help align IP roadmap with the company’s long term product roadmap

Work in collaboration with product, operations and SW groups to ensure delivery on time and with the right KPIs.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a similar field. 

20+ years of engineering experience, with a good understanding of design, verification, validation, across multiple technology generations.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
