  • Direct and develop a team of HCP marketers responsible for global HCP campaign development and deployment
  • Partner with local and regional commercial teams to create field engagement strategies, sales force messaging, training content, and enablement tools.
  • Design and operationalize closed-loop marketing strategies using omnichannel planning, content modularization, and data-driven segmentation.
  • Champion the use of marketing systems (e.g., VEEVA CRM) for campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Lead the development of scalable HCP marketing initiatives, including messaging frameworks and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, and Area Marketing teams to ensure scientific rigor, compliance, and seamless commercialization.
  • Collaborate with global market insights and competitive intelligence teams to ensure strategies are grounded in evidence and responsive to shifting HCP behaviors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior/global role in medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading marketing communications strategy in healthcare.
  • Strong track record in HCP sales enablement, closed-loop marketing, and omnichannel campaign planning.
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing platforms such as VEEVA CRM, VEEVA Vault, Salesforce, or SFMC.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading global or regional teams.
  • Ability to translate scientific and technical information into clear, compelling marketing communications.
  • Commercial acumen and experience launching or expanding products in regulated global healthcare markets.

Travel

  • Global travel required (15-20%), including field immersion, major congresses, and international team workshops.
