  • Collaborate with across departments to align internal and external narratives, especially around major announcements, product launches, and organizational changes.
  • Partner with production teams for live and recorded events such as All Hands, Company Kickoffs, etc.
  • Lead change communications for key initiatives, helping employees navigate transitions with clarity and confidence.
  • Support our Chief People Officer and Chief Revenue Officer executive

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in internal or executive communications, preferably in enterprise software, cloud, or AI.
  • Proven track record supporting founders and C-level executives with speechwriting, messaging, and high-stakes internal events.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills — able to simplify complex topics and write in a range of executive voices.
  • Ability to bring content to life across video, graphics, podcasts, agents, and written content.
  • Experience owning large-scale internal programs and content production (All Hands, Kickoffs, videos) for global, distributed teams.
  • Comfort operating in high-visibility, fast-moving environments with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
