This is a relationship-driven role — regular client meetings, conferences, networking, and proactive business development across the Canadian capital markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients among Canadian small-cap public companies and crowdfunding-funded businesses.

Requirements 📋

  • Based in Canada, with willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events.

  • Existing network of Canadian public-company executives and IR contacts strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter who can own a national territory independently, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with TSX, TSX Venture, CSE, or emerging growth companies highly desirable.
  • Background in IR consulting, financial PR, or capital-markets advisory is a plus.

What to Expect 🚀

  • Competitive base salary plus attractive commission and performance-based compensation.
  • Significant autonomy and full ownership of the Canadian market.
  • Direct access to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • The chance to grow a brand-new client portfolio with a fast-scaling IR platform.
  • Long-term growth opportunities as the organization expands.

Our Recruitment Process 🔍

  2. If there's a match, you'll have a video call with someone from our HR team to discuss your experience in more detail.
  3. Next, you'll meet with one of our senior leaders and complete a brief DISC assessment to help us understand your working style.
  4. Finally, we'll sit down together to review the full offer, including compensation, benefits, and day-to-day working arrangements! :)
