As the Director of ISC Operations here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our Torrence, CA site. You will oversee, guide, and track schedule, equipment, production, and logistics processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing productivity, ensuring quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of the business.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and track production schedule, equipment, production, and logistics processes.
  • Create and ensure execution of manufacturing processes.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for planning.
  • Oversee the streamlining of processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and other department leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive accountability culture in the organization.
Qualifications

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience at Sr management/director positions leading manufacturing processes or continuous improvement roles, with a focus on execution and optimization.
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $201,000 - $251,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
