About the Role

Lattice is looking for a hands-on, high-impact leader for our IT Business Systems team. Your mission is to ensure our core business systems are reliable, scalable, and well-aligned to go-to-market, customer retention, and operational efficiency priorities.

As a technology and business systems leader, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, partnering closely with IT leadership and functional stakeholders to execute against agreed priorities. We need someone who can move comfortably between hands-on execution and communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders. You will own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of our lead-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring our systems empower our teams to move fast without breaking things.

What You Will Do
  • Roadmap & Execution: Translate company and functional priorities into an executable business systems roadmap, and drive disciplined delivery against it.
  • Business Systems Leadership: Own the execution and optimization of our business systems technical stack, with a deep focus on optimizing Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Marketo and other core business systems to support seamless Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote-to-Cash and Customer Success workflows. Apply AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation, where appropriate, to improve productivity, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Hands-on Intelligent Automation: Act as a hands-on leader, remaining close to configuration, integrations, and data flows as needed to troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with functional leaders in Sales, Customer, Marketing, Finance, HR, and RevOps to ensure business systems reliably support agreed priorities.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers and Admins, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
What You Will Bring to the Table
  • Experience: 10-12 years of directly related experience in business systems, with at least 5+ years in leading small, fast paced technology teams. Demonstrated success leading small, high-impact teams in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • The Stack: Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and NetSuite is required. Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies or intelligent automation to GTM or operational outcomes.
  • GTM Expertise: A proven track record of designing and supporting critical SaaS processes, specifically Lead-to-Opportunity, Pricing & Packaging, and Renewals. Proven experience applying AI technologies and intelligent automation to drive measurable GTM and financial outcomes.
  • Project Delivery: Experience managing Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver complex system implementations on aggressive schedules.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical complexity in terms of business impact and support informed decision-making at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $185,500 - $232,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.

Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Vision insurance; Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance; Emergency Weather Support; Wellness Apps; Paid Parental Leave, Paid Time off inclusive of holidays and sick time; Commuter & Parking Accounts; Lunches in the Office; Internet and Phone Stipend; One time WFH Office Set-Up Stipend; 401(k) retirement plan; Financial Planning; and Learning & Development Budget.
