  • Loyalty & Rewards Strategy: Architect and evolve our loyalty and rewards program to increase adoption, purchase frequency, and engagement, while maintaining margin discipline.
  • Churn Prevention & Win-Back: Optimize and implement targeted churn-prevention and win-back playbooks for early-life customers and core repeat buyers. Use behavioral insights to proactively reduce churn risk.
  • Data and Operational Excellence: Build and maintain dashboards that track activation, retention, and cohort health. Monitor performance closely, identify trends or anomalies, and mobilize cross-functional solutions quickly.
  • Technical & Platform Innovation: Maximize the value of Iterable and related lifecycle tools. Introduce AI-driven automation to improve personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance.
  • Performance-Driven Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle specialists, elevating the function from campaign execution to measurable business impact. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Analytics.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, and/or CRM marketing, with a track record of materially improving Retention and LTV.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, with demonstrated success building high-performance marketing teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset – comfortable being accountable for key retention metrics
  • Experience designing and optimizing loyalty or rewards programs.
