- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing quality strategy aligned with operational goals.
- Lead and mentor quality engineering teams focused on assembly, testing, and end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Integrate quality leadership into daily manufacturing processes and decision-making.
- Establish and enhance site quality procedures and ensure alignment with corporate Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and TL 9000 standards.
- Oversee the manufacturing change control process and ensure adherence to Telcordia requalification requirements.
- Act as the primary manufacturing quality interface for customers and manage audit processes.
- Foster a culture of quality that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement among teams.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing quality, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards
- Experience leading certification audits and customer engagements
- Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and yield improvement techniques
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience with optoelectronics, photonics, or fiberoptic communication products
- Background supporting telecom and datacenter infrastructure customers
- Familiarity with TL 9000 requirements and reporting metrics
- Knowledge of reliability engineering and failure analysis methodologies
- Experience managing and developing quality engineering teams
