About iLawyer Marketing:

Lawyer Marketing, an EverService company, is the premier digital marketing firm for law firms in the U.S., with over 20 years of experience and a reputation as one of the most trusted names in legal marketing. We are part of EverService Holdings, a Sunstone Partners backed portfolio operator with leading brands across legal digital marketing. We specialize in helping our clients generate more leads and signed cases through smarter SEO and AEO, paid search campaigns, and websites focused on maximizing conversion rates. As AI search reshapes how clients find law firms, we have positioned ourselves at the front of that shift. Our scale gives clients access to best in class talent and technology, while our focused structure keeps us close to the firms we serve.

Summary of Position:

iLawyer is looking for a sharp, hands-on marketer to own marketing end-to-end. This is not a role where you build a team and delegate the work. This is a role where you are the team. You will set the strategy and then execute it yourself, from paid media to content to brand, and you will be measured on one thing above all else: does it move pipeline and MRR.

You will partner directly with the VP of Sales and Revenue on shared goals and shared metrics. If you have spent your career running a department instead of doing the work, this is not the role for you. If you have been a marketing department of one who knows how to do it all and wants the room to prove it, this is exactly the role for you.

This is a role for someone who understands digital marketing at both levels. You should know our space cold, who the competitors are, what they are doing well, and how we win against them. And you should be able to sit down and actually execute the work yourself, not just direct someone else to do it.

Culture matters here as much as skill. We are a team of high achievers who show up positive, support each other, and hold a high bar without the politics. We want someone who brings that same energy.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own multichannel marketing end-to-end: strategy, content, brand, social, email, and paid media
  • Run paid media campaigns across the platforms that make sense for our buyers
  • Build and execute modern demand generation. Think targeted outbound campaigns, LinkedIn, email sequencing, and account-based approaches that generate real pipeline, alongside occasional in-person representation at industry events
  • Use HubSpot as the backbone of your work: campaigns, automation, segmentation, and reporting all live there
  • Use AI tools to move faster and produce sharper creative, from campaign ideation to content production
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Revenue on a shared set of metrics: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and MRR growth, and report on marketing's direct impact on the number
  • Own brand and content strategy, including a consistent engine of case studies, thought leadership, and campaign assets
  • Direct your own creative work to a high visual standard using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
  • Build a disciplined marketing calendar and keep campaigns, creative, and reporting moving without needing to be chased

Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with real time spent in a marketing department of one or in a lean, hands-on role. If your background is purely managing a team through other people, this role will not fit.
  • HubSpot experience required. You should be comfortable in the platform on day one
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns
  • Comfortable with modern marketing tools and AI platforms, and genuinely curious about using them to work faster and better
  • Experience with end-to-end multichannel campaigns spanning content, email, social, and paid
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, and a sharp eye for design
  • Personable and comfortable representing the brand in person, whether that is a client call, a partner meeting, or the occasional industry event
  • Positive and a genuine team player who raises the bar for the people around them
  • Highly proficient in defining and owning shared metrics with a sales leader, and comfortable being measured on pipeline and MRR impact
  • Highly proficient in managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Sharp understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including competitors, market positioning, and how to differentiate a brand, not just run the tactics
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry and/or experience marketing to legal buyers is not required, but it matters and will set you apart.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Our target compensation range for this salary-exempt opportunity includes a competitive base salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 and eligibility for performance-based bonuses, and is subject to multiple factors, including role, level, experience, and location. Bonus eligibility is based on performance metrics and company results. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary.
