About iLawyer Marketing:

iLawyerMarketing, an EverService company, is the premiere digital marketing agency for law firms in the U.S. We specialize in helping our clients generate more leads and signed cases through smarter SEO and AEO, paid search campaigns, and websites focused on maximizing conversion rates.

Summary of Position:

iLawyer is entering our next stage of growth and looking for a modern, hands-on Director of Marketing who can build inbound and outbound demand generation into a measurable driver of pipeline and monthly recurring revenue, working closely with sales leadership on shared metrics and outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Help shape the next stage of the company’s growth.
  • Build a marketing function with direct visibility into pipeline and revenue.
  • Make a visible impact on the company’s brand, growth, and long-term direction.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a marketing strategy tied directly to pipeline, new client acquisition, expansion opportunities, and MRR growth.
  • Develop integrated inbound and outbound campaigns, including targeted account lists, email and LinkedIn sequences, and prospecting cadences, that generate qualified opportunities from law firms and legal decision-makers.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership on targeting, follow-up, and campaign-to-close performance, and align on a shared set of metrics and definitions (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, win rates).
  • Own brand, social, and content strategy, including LinkedIn and a consistent content engine across case studies, webinars, email, and thought leadership.
  • Direct creative and design work, such as presentations, landing pages, and campaign assets, to a high visual standard using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Build a disciplined marketing calendar, and manage CRM segmentation, campaign automation, and reporting that clearly shows marketing’s impact on pipeline and MRR.
  • Stay ahead of emerging marketing technology and platforms, including AI tools, and put them to work to improve results.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience leading both strategy and execution, ideally in B2B, agencies, or professional services; experience marketing to legal buyers is a strong plus.
  • Experience marketing digital services such as SEO, paid media, website strategy, or AI search optimization.
  • Experience building and running outbound programs, such as targeted account lists and cold email or LinkedIn sequences, in addition to inbound demand generation.
  • Comfortable defining and tracking shared marketing and sales metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, win rates) in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong design sense and hands-on skill with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Curious and fast-moving on emerging marketing technology and platforms, including AI tools, with the drive to put them to work and turn them into results.

Our target compensation range for this salary-exempt opportunity includes a competitive base salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 and eligibility for performance-based bonuses, and is subject to multiple factors, including role, level, experience, and location. Bonus eligibility is based on performance metrics and company results. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary.
