  • Establish a robust marketing analytics framework to track campaign effectiveness and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations to improve funnel performance and customer acquisition.

  • Influence decision-marking by overseeing marketing budget planning and performance metrics to ensure effective resource allocation and high-impact marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and IT to align strategies and optimize revenue growth.

  • Lead, develop, coach, and grow a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven track record of implementing and managing marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Compensation will be paid in the range of $195,000-$220,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
