The Director, North America Brand Marketing is a senior brand and business leader responsible for some of the most visible and commercially critical categories within North America. This role leads the development and execution of category strategy, driving both brand desirability and commercial performance. 

This individual will translate global brand vision into a cohesive North America strategy — defining priorities, shaping launches, and ensuring consistent luxury brand expression across all channels. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, partnering closely with Global Marketing, Creative, Trade, Sales, and Channel teams to deliver focused, culturally relevant brand moments and high-impact go-to-market activations. 

WHAT YOU DO: 

  • Lead end-to-end activations in North America for ongoing projects and Complexion, Gifting, and Holiday categories.  
  • Define priorities, category roadmaps, and growth drivers across product and channel to achieve annual brand goals. 
  • Develop and manage the North America marketing calendar, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and key commercial moments.  
  • Translate global strategy into market-relevant plans that reflect North America consumer and retail dynamics.  
  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market for launches, including defining objectives, hero focus, and success metrics.  
  • Ensure consistent and elevated luxury brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.  
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Creative, Trade Marketing, Sales, PR/Communications, DTC, Visual Merchandising, and Events to align and execute integrated plans.  
  • Provide clear strategic direction to channel teams, enabling tailored activations that align to overall brand and business goals.  
  • Monitor and drive category performance, including sales, SKU productivity, and brand health metrics.  
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen category performance and evolve strategies based on insights and results.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within prestige or luxury beauty.  
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.  
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving integrated marketing initiatives.  
  • Deep understanding of North America market dynamics, including retail and consumer behavior.  
  • Ability to execute with excellence while managing complex launch pipelines and marketing calendars.  
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions.  
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

The expected base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
