About InstaLILY

InstaLILY AI deploys specialized AI teammates — InstaWorkers — that execute actual work inside the enterprise systems of large sales and ops teams. We're Series A and focused on distribution-heavy, regulated industries: industrial distribution, healthcare supply chain, manufacturing. We build AI that does the work, not AI that talks about it. We are backed by Insight Partners and supported by the Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft ecosystems.

The Role

This role exists to extend the CEO's capacity. You'll work with Amit on a wide range of strategic and operational priorities — identifying what needs to happen, building the plan, and driving it to completion across functions. Sometimes the goal comes from him. Sometimes you're the one surfacing it. Either way, you own it from there. The scope evolves with the person. Similar in spirit to a Chief of Staff, though focused on owning specific initiatives end-to-end rather than centralized CEO-office operations.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities — understand his goals, take ownership of initiatives, and drive them to completion
  • Operate across functions — Engineering, Sales, Growth, Ops — to keep things aligned and moving
  • Turn ambiguous asks into structured plans and drive them to completion
  • Build and maintain the systems that help the company operate smarter as it scales

What You'll Need

  • 7–10 years in strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or operator roles; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • You communicate clearly — in writing and in the room
  • You're comfortable not knowing exactly what you'll be working on next week — and you're energized by that, not unsettled
  • You move fast, close loops without being asked, and flag problems early
  • You're joining an AI-native company — you use AI seriously and want to keep pushing that further

What You'll Get

  • The product works and customers are live — this isn't a bet on an unproven thesis
  • Early enough to shape how the company scales
  • Hands-on from day one — you'll own outcomes
  • Your work has direct visibility with the CEO and leadership
  • Offices in New York, San Francisco, and London — sharp, low-ego team moving fast
  • The learning curve is steep

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Equity : Generous stock options awards and refreshers for top performers

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, in-office Lunch reimbursement, Wellness Stipend, generous Parental leave, PTO and 10 US Federal Holidays, and more!
