  • Provide executive-level oversight for key pursuits and high-risk/complex projects, collaborating with Project Operations and Risk resources to ensure compliance with company standards and Regional Leadership to ensure the project is appropriately staffed.
  • Support assigned Project Managers in developing win strategies, execution approaches, commercial strategies for main pursuits and mentor and develop project leadership throughout the process.
  • Represent the project internally in escalation issues and recurring leadership engagements.
  • Maintain visibility on active projects with clients as needed to reinforce trust and satisfaction.

Culture & People Leadership

  • Champion and embody CRB’s culture, values, and vision within the office.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts in partnership with HR and regional Department Heads.
  • Serve as mentor, connector, and advocate for employees, fostering career development and professional growth and providing employee advocacy.
  • Facilitate communication between regional leadership and local staff, ensuring clarity of strategy and responsiveness to employee feedback.

Communications & Alignment

  • Cascade company and regional strategies and progress into clear local messaging.
  • Ensure employees feel connected to the company’s vision, direction, and strategic goals and engaged in a broader organizational purpose translated at a local level.
  • Elevate local market and employee insights back to regional leadership to inform decision making.

Safety & Brand Stewardship

  • Promote CRB’s commitment to safety and uphold safety expectations for the office environment.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador in the marketplace, reinforcing CRB’s reputation as a leader in integrated design and construction.

Qualifications
