About the role

We are seeking a digital leader to build and operationalize the foundation for omnichannel marketing and customer engagement at CG Oncology. This role sits within Enterprise Analytics & Operations and will serve as the bridge between data, marketing, and IT to enable integrated, data-driven engagement across all customer touchpoints. The Director, Omnichannel Execution & Enablement (DOEE) will be responsible for establishing the systems, workflows, and cross-functional processes required to deliver compliant, scalable, and insight-led engagement for both HCP and patient audiences. The ideal candidate brings blends hands-on technical execution experience with sufficient marketing fluency to partner effectively with marketing colleagues, helping to translate strategy into executable omnichannel plans. This is a build-and-do role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating new capability, and can roll up their sleeves to get programs live while also shaping the long-term operating model.

Essential Functions

  • Omnichannel Capability Building
    • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CG Oncology’s omnichannel execution model, including Martech ecosystem, workflow design, and governance.
    • Partner with IT and analytics to enable data integration across CRM, marketing automation, content management, and performance reporting systems.
    • Establish repeatable processes for campaign planning, MLR submission, and multichannel content deployment
  • Cross-Functional Enablement
    • Serve as the primary connector between EA&O, Marketing, and Sales to ensure data-driven coordination of customer touchpoints.
    • Translate brand objectives into actionable engagement frameworks (journeys, triggers, segmentation, next-best-action).
    • Provide marketing partners with clear visibility into available tools, capabilities, and performance insights to guide channel choices.
  • Execution & Optimization
    • Oversee execution of omnichannel campaigns across digital and non-digital channels (email, portals, social, paid media, events, etc.).
    • Build measurement frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs and channel effectiveness; recommend adjustments through a test-and-learn approach.
    • Ensure compliance and privacy standards are embedded in all workflows.
  • Leadership & Change Management
    • Partner with EA&O leadership to define the operating model, governance, and resourcing plan for omnichannel execution.
    • Educate internal stakeholders on modern marketing capabilities and data-driven engagement approaches.
    • Manage relationships with agency and platform partners supporting digital enablement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, omnichannel operations, or marketing technology, in pharma/biotech.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale omnichannel infrastructure (CRM, automation, modular content, analytics).
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and MLR processes in a regulated environment.
  • Proven track record of executing multichannel campaigns and optimizing performance through analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across matrixed teams.
