Role Overview

WatchTime Studios is looking for a Director of Operations to own the shared-services layer that supports every channel across the portfolio.

This role builds and runs the operational systems around creative and production, making sure teams have reliable performance reporting, publishing execution, vendor support, and cross-functional workflows. The goal is to support operations across multiple channels as WatchTime Studios grows.

The Role

Reporting to the GM of WatchTime Studios, the Director of Operations owns operational execution across performance tracking, content publishing, vendor management, and operational pipelines.

You will work across WatchTime Studios and cross-functional Beast Industries teams to make channel operations measurable, repeatable, and reliable, while giving production teams the infrastructure they need to execute.

What You’ll Do
  • Own KPI reporting infrastructure across every WatchTime Studios channel in partnership with the Beast Analytics team.
  • Deliver channel and studio performance reporting to the WatchTime Studios GM, executives, and staff to support decision-making.
  • Maintain the source of truth for views, retention, RPM, and revenue tracking across the portfolio.
  • Own publishing execution across YouTube and social platforms in partnership with cross-functional teams across Beast Industries.
  • Manage metadata, scheduling, and platform requirements so every video is optimized for success.
  • Support the sourcing and management of vendors across casting, VFX, and specialty services.
  • Track vendor contracts, rates, and performance so production teams have clear visibility into available partners and costs.
  • Coordinate the cross-functional pipelines that videos move through, working with Production Managers to monitor production workflows.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in digital media or platform operations.
  • Experience running publishing, analytics, and vendor operations across a business with multiple YouTube or social media channels.
  • Demonstrated experience improving the speed and effectiveness of operational systems supporting multiple YouTube and social media channels.
