As the Director of Operations at Client Accelerators, you will be responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving the operating system of our company.

Our goal is to scale Client Accelerators to $20M in Annual Recurring Revenue and $5M in EBITDA, without requiring our CEO to remain involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Your job is to make that possible.

You'll work directly with our CEO to translate the company's vision and strategic priorities into measurable goals, operating systems, departmental accountability, and consistent execution.

You will oversee the operational health and performance of our non-media-buying departments, including Client Success, Creative Production, Revenue Operations, and Finance.

You won't personally execute every task within these departments.

Instead, you'll build the systems, scorecards, leadership cadences, and accountability structures that allow department leaders to consistently deliver results.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the company has accurate financial forecasting, clear operational visibility, efficient resource allocation, strong people systems, and the ability to identify and resolve problems before they impact the business.

You'll need to be equally comfortable discussing net operating income, margin performance, client retention, employee performance, hiring, automation, and organizational design.

Most importantly, you will be accountable for making sure the business grows profitably without sacrificing client outcomes or team performance.

Our CEO should be able to ask you how any department is performing, where the company is headed financially, or what operational risks exist — and you should know the answer.

Not because you just pulled together a report.

But because you've built a system that gives you that visibility every single day.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages projects or executes assignments from the CEO.

We're looking for someone who takes complete ownership of the company's operating infrastructure and proactively improves it.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to build and scale operational systems within a growing company.
  • Strong financial acumen, including understanding of net operating income, profitability, forecasting, operating leverage, and expense management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead department managers and hold senior team members accountable.
  • Ability to translate strategic company objectives into measurable operational plans and KPIs.
  • Experience implementing dashboards, reporting systems, and company-wide performance management processes.
  • Strong understanding of hiring, onboarding, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and implementing organizational change.
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and independently develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-growing company.
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining accountability for results.
  • Ability to challenge the CEO or department leaders constructively when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset focused on measurable business results.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with a performance-based bonus structure.
  • $140,000 annual base salary, with approximately $170,000 total annual compensation at plan.
  • Growth-tied bonus opportunity combining operational performance and company net-profit growth.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Healthcare benefits.
  • Access to world-class training materials and professional development opportunities.
  • Significant leadership and career growth opportunity.
  • Opportunity to work directly with the CEO and lead major operational improvements across the company.
  • Work alongside high-performing leaders in Operations, Sales, Creative, and Media Buying.
  • Company leadership events and industry conferences.
