Role Overview

As CRO Director at ClickMint, you will lead the design, execution, and scaling of conversion optimization programs. You’ll manage testing strategies, mentor CRO specialists, and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously drive measurable revenue gains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute the overall CRO vision, roadmap, and testing strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Testing & Execution
  • Spearhead A/B and multivariate experiments across e-commerce funnels, landing pages, product and checkout flows.
  • Use behavioral diagnostics (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics) to prioritize tests and interpret results.
  • Leverage ClickMint’s AI‑driven diagnostics and historical data modeling to predict outcomes and project revenue impact.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and analytics to implement test variants and ensure seamless launches.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
  • Data & Analytics
  • Track and report on KPI performance: conversion rates, AOV, revenue uplift, test velocity.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover user friction points.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with CRO best practices, tools, and emerging trends.
  • Consistently refine experimentation frameworks and internal processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years in CRO, digital optimization, growth marketing, or e-commerce conversions; minimum 3 years in leadership.
  • Deep experience with CRO tool stack (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, heatmaps, session recording).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue lift through structured experimentation across complex e‑commerce journeys.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable translating behavioral data into strategic plans.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills—able to influence at executive level.
  • Familiarity with AI‑augmented diagnostic platforms or ability to quickly adapt to proprietary ClickMint tools is a plus.
