About Insight

Insight Therapy Solutions is a rapidly growing behavioral healthcare organization serving patients across multiple states. We provide therapy, psychiatric services, TMS, and other behavioral health solutions while continuing to expand through organic growth, acquisitions, and technology innovation.

We're building the operational foundation for our next stage of growth—and we're looking for a Director of Operations to help lead that journey.

This role will serve as the CEO's operational partner, ensuring the organization executes effectively while allowing executive leadership to focus on growth, expansion, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and long-term vision.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, driving accountability, and turning strategy into execution.

You will work closely with department leaders across Billing, Front Desk, Credentialing, HR, Marketing, and other operational functions to ensure priorities move forward, problems are solved, and initiatives are successfully implemented.

If you enjoy creating structure, leading through influence, and helping organizations scale, this role offers significant visibility and growth potential.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across non-clinical departments.

  • Identify operational risks and remove obstacles before they escalate.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues.

Accountability & Execution
  • Drive accountability across department leaders.

  • Monitor KPIs, commitments, and organizational priorities.

  • Ensure cross-functional initiatives remain on track.

Strategic Projects & Growth
  • Support acquisition integrations and expansion initiatives.

  • Coordinate major operational, technology, and process improvement projects.

  • Partner with leadership to implement scalable systems and workflows.

Executive Reporting
  • Maintain operational dashboards and performance metrics.

  • Provide concise updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year:

  • Operational issues are resolved without routine CEO involvement.

  • Department leaders operate with clear accountability.

  • Major initiatives consistently move forward on schedule.

  • Acquisitions and expansion projects are integrated successfully.

  • The organization operates with greater efficiency, alignment, and scalability.

Success in this role means becoming a trusted operational leader who helps transform strategy into results.

What We're Looking For
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, healthcare operations, business operations, or related roles.

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations.

  • Strong experience managing KPIs, performance, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proven ability to influence, align, and hold teams accountable.

  • Strong systems-thinking and process improvement skills.

Preferred
  • Behavioral health experience.

  • Multi-state healthcare operations experience.

  • Acquisition integration experience.

  • EHR or healthcare software implementation experience.

  • Experience supporting founders or high-growth organizations.

  • PMP, MBA, or equivalent leadership experience.

You'll Thrive Here If You...
  • Enjoy creating order from complexity.

  • Take ownership and drive solutions without waiting for direction.

  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.

  • Think strategically while remaining highly execution-focused.

  • Want to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing healthcare organization.
