What You’ll Do

Outcomes, Insights & Educational Impact

  • Contribute to the development and application of quantitative and qualitative approaches to assess educational impact across accredited and non-accredited programs.
  • Analyze and synthesize outcomes data, learner feedback, and qualitative insights to identify trends, practice gaps, and emerging needs.
  • Translate findings into clear, insight-driven narratives that inform educational design and future programming considerations.

Needs Assessment & Strategic Input

  • Participate in needs assessment activities to inform new and existing educational initiatives.
  • Monitor changes in clinical practice, policy, and care delivery models relevant to pharmacy and managed care audiences.
  • Collaborate with medical, editorial, and education teams to translate identified gaps into potential educational concepts and approaches.

Portfolio & Business Support

  • Provide analytical and strategic input to support portfolio planning and program optimization.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the value and differentiation of initiatives.
  • Support internal business development and sales teams in articulating impact and insights to leadership and external partners.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with medical, editorial, outcomes, operations, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to new initiatives as they emerge.

What Sets You Apart

  • Advanced degree required (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, MPH, or equivalent).
  • Board certification in subspecialty preferred.
  • Experience in outcomes research, educational research, health services research, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational design.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in evolving environments with changing priorities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the healthcare landscape and knowledge of clinical practice.
  • Experience working with pharmacy and/or managed care audiences.
  • Familiarity with both accredited education (CME/CE) and commercially supported initiatives.
  • Experience in research design, questionnaire development, and analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
Location & Travel
  • Remote or hybrid role, based in Monroe, New Jersey.
  • Travel approximately 10% for project-related work and office-based meetings.

Compensation Range:
$125,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
