You will:
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to acquire new B2B ecommerce marketplaces, fintech platforms, and financial services partners
  • Drive predictable pipeline creation by building and refining outbound motion, outreach strategy, and industry engagement
  • Own complex deal progression from initial conversation through contract execution, partnering closely with product, legal, compliance, onboarding, marketing, and finance
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities through financial modeling and strategic analysis to ensure strong unit economics and long-term value
  • Forecast revenue accurately and hold accountability for partner performance post-launch
  • Influence internal product and roadmap discussions based on partner and market insights

What we're looking for

  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to structure and close complex partnership agreements
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through partnership generation and channel development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and perform well under pressure
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a consistent drive to exceed goals and expectations
