Opportunity!We are looking for a Director, Partnerships to join our Growth team and shape how Modus Create builds, scales, and manages global technology alliances that drive measurable outcomes.
In this strategic leadership role, you will develop and expand partnerships with leading cloud and ISV providers, accelerate innovation through joint go-to-market execution, and strengthen ecosystem alignment across regions. You will play a pivotal role in transforming partnerships into a scalable global growth engine.
Requirements:- 10+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- Proven expertise building and scaling alliances with cloud and ISV leaders
- Strong understanding of partner-sourced revenue models and go-to-market execution
- Demonstrated track record of driving significant alliance revenue growth
- Experience leading global or multi-regional partnership teams
- Experience integrating partnerships across acquisitions and aligning portfolios, operations, and delivery teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams
- Ability to translate complex partner strategies into practical, business-oriented outcomes
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment
- Track record of achieving Partner of the Year recognition with major technology providers
- Experience driving adoption of cloud, AI, Security, or DevSecOps solutions
- Background in ecosystem integration and acquisition alignment
- Exposure to international partnerships and global compliance considerations
- Strong business judgment balancing growth objectives with risk management
- Building and scaling strategic global alliances with leading technology providers
- Driving measurable revenue impact through ecosystem-led growth
- Leading high-performing, multi-regional partnership teams
