The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We’re looking for a strategic and influential Director, People Partner to advise and coach several of Moloco’s most critical executive leaders. In this high-impact role, you will support a portfolio that spans both Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, Marketing, People, and IT/Security) and our fast scaling Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) business, one of Moloco’s biggest growth engines.

This is a rare opportunity to partner with leaders who are shaping the future of the company - from how we scale our global operating model to how we grow a high-performing enterprise organization in MCM.

You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, talent, and organizational design, influencing decisions that directly impact Moloco’s ability to scale with clarity, accountability, and speed.

If you thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and bring a calm, thoughtful approach to complex challenges, this role is for you.

The Opportunity:

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership

  • Build deep, trusted partnerships with C suite leaders across Corporate Functions and Moloco Commerce Media
  • Advise on organizational design—including role clarity, team structure, and operating model evolution for both corporate and GTM/product organizations
  • Lead end to end talent planning, succession, and performance strategies for high-impact, highly matrixed teams
  • Partner with MCM leadership through rapid scaling, enterprise customer growth, and cross functional team maturation
  • Shape leadership development and manager effectiveness strategies in partnership with COEs

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership

  • Guide leaders through high stakes moments such as reorgs, leadership transitions, geographic expansion, and enterprise scale customer onboarding
  • Use people analytics, workforce insights, and talent signals to anticipate risks and influence decision-making
  • Partner cross functionally (L&D, Talent, Total Rewards, People Ops, People Enablement) to design scalable, business-aligned programs
  • Coach leaders to build healthy, high-performing teams grounded in clarity, trust, and accountability

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 14+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience, including 3+ years partnering directly with C suite or SVP-level leaders
  • Strong business acumen with experience supporting both corporate functions and product/GTM organizations
  • Deep expertise in org design, talent planning, workforce strategy, and change leadership in high-growth or transformation environments
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into insight-driven recommendations
  • Experience influencing in complex, ambiguous, global environments
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive coaching ability

Why You’ll Love This Role

This role is foundational in shaping how Moloco scales—particularly as Corporate Functions mature for future readiness and MCM accelerates into its next stage of hypergrowth.

You will:

  • Influence decisions that impact the entire company
  • Build leadership and team health across multiple executive portfolios
  • Champion a people-first approach while enabling fast, disciplined execution
  • Strengthen core talent systems to support Moloco’s next phase of expansion

If you’re excited to build, influence, and make a measurable impact at a global AI company, we’d love to meet you.
