Lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple platforms, manage advertising budgets, develop a high-performing team, and optimize marketing efficiency.

This is a remote position.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Performance Marketing to lead customer

acquisition across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging

channels.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own paid acquisition strategy,

performance, experimentation, and marketing efficiency across the business. You will lead a

team of 4–5 specialists, including performance marketers, analysts, and a developer focused on

automation and growth systems.

This is not a traditional management role.

We are looking for someone who can lead a team while remaining deeply hands-on. Someone

who understands the details, can challenge assumptions, dive into campaigns, solve complex

problems, and identify opportunities others miss.

If your idea of leadership is reviewing dashboards and attending meetings, this role is not for

you.

What You’ll Do

● Own customer acquisition performance across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max,

YouTube, TikTok, and future channels.

● Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar advertising budgets.

● Lead and develop a high-performing performance marketing team.

● Design and execute rigorous testing and experimentation programs.

● Improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall marketing efficiency.

● Build scalable reporting, attribution, and measurement frameworks.

● Partner closely with Creative, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to unlock growth

opportunities.

● Stay at the forefront of platform changes, advertising technology, and industry best

practices.

AI, Automation & Growth Systems

We believe the future of marketing will be increasingly powered by AI, automation, and

agent-based workflows.

You will work closely with developers to identify opportunities where AI can improve campaign

management, reporting, optimization, research, creative testing, and decision-making.

Part of your role will be helping design, build, and deploy AI-powered marketing workflows and

agents that eliminate manual work and improve performance.

You do not need prior experience building AI agents, but you must be excited to learn,

experiment, and help shape how AI transforms marketing over the next decade.

What We’re Looking For

● 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

● Experience managing at least $5M+ in annual paid media spend.

● Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and TikTok

paid ads.

● Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, conversion measurement, and marketing

analytics.

● Proven experience leading high-performing teams.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.

● Strong commercial judgment and understanding of acquisition economics.

● Curiosity, intellectual rigor, and a bias toward action.

Most importantly, you must be capable of going deep. We want someone who understands the

platforms well enough to personally diagnose issues, challenge recommendations, evaluate

opportunities, and make better decisions than the average good specialist.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to build one of the most advanced performance marketing organizations

in the region.

You’ll have significant ownership, substantial budgets, direct access to leadership, and the

opportunity to help define the future of marketing through experimentation, automation, AI, and

world-class execution.
