What You Will Do to Change Lives

This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s enterprise ERP transformation. Reporting to the Vice President of Planning & Implementation, this role leads the ERP Transformation Office responsible for coordinating and driving successful execution of the ERP implementation across the enterprise. The Director partners closely with executive sponsors, initiative leadership, and the implementation vendor to ensure the initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. This role establishes and manages initiative governance, oversees the initiative Transformation Office (TO), and ensures alignment across workstreams to drive successful implementation and organizational adoption.
Shifts Available:
Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Expected starting wage range is $165,809.87 - $204,805.97. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s Degree and Ten (10) years of progressive experience in program management, transformation leadership, or enterprise initiatives.
- Direct experience leading or managing ERP implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Experience managing complex cross-functional enterprise initiatives with multiple workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience leading or operating within a Program Management Office (PMO) or Transformation Management Office.
- Experience partnering with external implementation vendors and consulting firms.
