The Director of Product will lead product experiences for a growing customer network, manage a small team of product managers, and drive product strategy and execution.

The Role: We are looking for a Director of Product to lead and drive product experiences across our growing customer network, including pharmacies, patients, and pharmaceutical companies. This role reports directly to our CTO, who is responsible for all of product development functions, including product, design, data, and engineering.
You will work closely with leaders from different functions, including data, design, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success. You will have full context and responsibility. You will work closely with our CTO and CEO / founder.
This is a hybrid, 3 days per week, role in our Redwood City HQ.
What You Will Do
- Be a leader and a driver for product experiences across a large and growing customer network.
- Be responsible and accountable for customer discovery, product strategy and execution, and successful outcomes.
- Operate as a hands-on combat leader: call your customers, analyze your data, clarify your intent, set your goals, plan your execution, and be responsible for your outcome.
- Lead and coach a very small and nimble team of product managers. Think 3 - 5. If you are looking to manage a team of 10+, this role is not that.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years in product experiences in consumer (B2C) and business (B2B2C)
- Proven versatility in operating across multiple customer segments and industries; healthcare experience is not required
- A self-starter mindset with relentless curiosity and a strong bias for action
- Customer-obsessed and data driven approach, and ability to make decisions quickly
- Strong execution skills to materialize product strategy to successful outcomes
- 5+ years of leadership experience with responsibilities in hiring, coaching, and performance management
