Lead Cyberhaven’s integration ecosystem strategy and roadmap, including connectors, APIs, data sharing, and marketplace partnerships. Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions, guide technical discovery with partner engineering teams, and program-manage integrations from scoping through launch, certification, documentation, enablement, and adoption. Define measurable customer and business outcomes, coordinate sales, customer experience, and marketing readiness, and ensure integrations deliver revenue growth, broader coverage, and faster customer value.

Cyberhaven is building the AI-native data security platform for the agentic enterprise. Our data lineage technology traces the full lifecycle of enterprise data across endpoints, browsers, SaaS, and cloud, and that foundation has made us a market leader in DLP and DSPM. It's also the launch pad for the next generation of products we're bringing to market.

We are looking for a driven and dynamic product management leader to push the envelope of Cyberhaven's market presence by growing our integration ecosystem. As Director of Product Management you will own that ecosystem end to end, both the strategy for what we build with partners, and the execution that gets it built, launched, and adopted. This is a high-impact role, and if you're passionate about improving customer security and engaging with a vibrant community, we're looking for you. Your charter will be building the integrations that accelerate our revenue growth, increase customer value delivery, and provide long-term strategic impact to the business.

What you'll do
  • Own the ecosystem thesis. Decide where our ecosystem investment goes, which categories matter, which partners within them, and in what sequence and keep that thesis current as the market moves.

  • Set the integration roadmap. Own the roadmap for every partner-facing surface connectors, APIs, data sharing, marketplace listings and prioritize it against the same bar as the rest of the product portfolio.

  • Make the build, partner, or pass call. Bring a clear recommendation on where a lightweight integration is enough, where a deeper joint product is warranted, and where a category is better served by our own roadmap.

  • Lead partner technical discovery. Run architecture and product conversations directly with partner product and engineering teams: what is feasible, who owns which half, and what the joint customer actually experiences on day one.

  • Program-manage each integration end to end. From planning and joint scoping, through co-development with the partner's engineering team, to certification, documentation, enablement, and launch. You will run the schedule across two companies, hold both sides to it, unblock what stalls, and be accountable for the integration reaching customers, not just being announced.

  • Land the launch. Equip sales, customer experience, and marketing before an integration ships, and keep the portfolio view current afterward, reference architectures, integration documentation, demo paths, and enablement that people actually use.

  • Deliver integrations that change outcomes. Define success before you build shorter time to value, broader coverage, accounts we cannot win alone and hold the work to it after launch.

Who you are
  • 8+ years in product management, including at least 3 in cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise infrastructure

  • You have owned an integration, platform, or ecosystem surface at an enterprise cloud company, connectors, public APIs, a partner platform, or marketplace presence

  • You have personally shaped a partner strategy: chosen the partners, argued the case internally, and shipped the integrations that followed

  • Technical enough to earn credibility with partner engineering teams, and you can hold a design conversation about APIs, data models, identity, and telemetry without a solutions architect in the room

  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the emerging AI landscape

  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with executive exposure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA welcome but not required

Joining Cyberhaven means joining the team building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise. Traditional tools fall short. Cyberhaven traces the full lifecycle of your data, adapting protection to changing context, so protection moves with the way people actually work, not against it. AI Changed Work. We Protect It.
Backed by $250M from leading investors like Khosla and Redpoint, our team includes leaders who built industry-defining technologies at CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, Google, and more. This role lets you shape the future of data security, working alongside people driven to protect workflows, not just data, for customers who cannot afford to slow down to stay safe.

AI Tools Disclosure: As part of Cyberhaven's hiring process, we use recruiting tools that include AI-powered features to help with tasks like scheduling, note-taking, workflow automation, and other recruiting activities ("AI Tools").
