What you’ll do

Pindrop is looking for an experienced Director of Platform Product Management to own the strategy, execution, and organizational alignment for the Pindrop Platform — the shared foundation that powers Protect, Passport, Pulse, and platform capabilities exposed directly to customers and partners, including Pindrop Intelligence. You will lead the long-term vision for the platform, shape platform investment priorities, and ensure the platform accelerates innovation across the company while enabling differentiated customer value. This role requires deep partnership with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Executive Leadership to scale platform capabilities, operational excellence, and market impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following results and impacts:

  • Architect and own the multi-year strategy and vision for the Pindrop Platform, aligning Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership around long-term platform priorities and business outcomes.
  • Define how shared platform capabilities — including AI/ML services, APIs, integrations, observability, identity, security, entitlements, orchestration, and configuration management — evolve to support enterprise-scale growth.
  • Drive prioritization across foundational platform investments, customer-facing platform services, and innovation initiatives while balancing scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization, while establishing platform governance models, product operating frameworks, and execution standards to elevate consistency.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to define commercialization strategies, positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch plans for customer-facing platform capabilities.
  • Regularly engage with customers and partners who consume platform capabilities (e.g., Pindrop Intelligence APIs, data services) to understand use cases, workflows, and unmet needs.
  • Manage organization goals, business metrics, and KPIs for the platform, including adoption, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Who you are
  • You are a strategic and visionary product leader with experience building and scaling enterprise platforms that power customer-facing products and services.
  • You thrive in highly cross-functional environments and are comfortable operating across executive strategy, technical architecture, and execution detail.
  • You are persuasive and credible with executive stakeholders, customers, and partners, and can influence decisions through clarity, data, and insight.
  • You are entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented, energized by solving complex challenges, and lead with accountability, operational rigor, and a high standard for execution excellence.
Your skill-set

Must-Haves:

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including significant leadership experience in platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, API, data, or developer ecosystem products.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, developer tooling, and enterprise-scale platform operations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Strong experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies for platform capabilities, APIs, or data products, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and launch planning.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering teams on APIs, architecture decisions, integration patterns, data models, and platform tradeoffs.
  • Proven success defining and executing platform strategy at scale across multiple products, business units, or customer-facing ecosystems.
What’s in it for you

In an era where synthetic media, fraud, and identity manipulation are accelerating, we ensure that every interaction involves the real human and the right human. Our work directly protects financial institutions, enterprises, and consumers from fraud, deception, and identity compromise. You will wake up every day knowing your work has real-world impact.

As a Senior Director of Platform Product Management, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping the future of Pindrop’s platform strategy, technical evolution, and market leadership. This is a career-defining move with extensive strategic scope and executive visibility where you will drive meaningful, enterprise-level impact. You will work alongside some of the best technical minds in security, AI, and voice intelligence. We are intense about excellence, but we are also a team that enjoys the journey. If you want to build something that matters — and be proud of the company you help shape — this is that opportunity.

What we offer

As a part of Pindrop, you’ll have a direct impact on our growing list of products and the future of security in the voice-driven economy. We hire great people and take care of them. Here’s a snapshot of the benefits we offer:

  • Competitive compensation package, including RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) for all employees, so everyone shares in our long-term success.
  • Remote-first environment - giving you flexibility and autonomy in how you structure your day.
  • While we work flexibly, we prioritize meaningful in-person moments through regular team on-sites, company-wide events, and intentional gatherings that foster connection, collaboration, and shared success.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Generous health and welfare plans to choose from - including one employer-paid “employee-only” plan!
  • Best-in-class Health Savings Account (HSA) employer contribution
  • Low-cost vision and dental plans for you and your family, providing comprehensive coverage and peace of mind.
  • Paid Parental Leave - Including birth, adoptive & foster parents

  • Recurring monthly phone and internet allowance to help cover essential connectivity costs and support flexible work.

  • Annual Learning & Development stipend to support your professional growth, skill-building, certifications, and continued education.
