We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Director of Product Management with deep expertise in Observability and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative enterprise products. This role is ideal for a product leader who excels at translating market opportunities into scalable product strategies while driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership.

As the Director of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define long-term product roadmaps, and champion customer-centric innovation. You will play a pivotal role in delivering observability platforms and MSP-focused solutions that enable enterprise customers to improve operational visibility, system reliability, and business performance. This position requires strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for observability and MSP-focused solutions.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle from market research and product discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-value product initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.
  • Prioritize product features and investments based on customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive product planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile execution to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Define product success metrics, monitor adoption, and use data-driven insights to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with enterprise customers, MSP partners, and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Lead go-to-market planning, product positioning, pricing support, and launch strategies for new product releases.
  • Mentor and develop product managers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the product organization in executive reviews, customer meetings, industry events, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, business goals, and evolving technology trends within the observability ecosystem.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience leading enterprise software or SaaS products.
  • Strong expertise in Observability platforms, monitoring solutions, telemetry, logging, metrics, tracing, and related technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) business models, customer requirements, and enterprise IT operations.
  • Proven success defining product vision, executing product roadmaps, and launching enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience making data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing product teams and mentor product managers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, and modern observability ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user experience.
  • Self-driven leader with exceptional decision-making abilities, ownership mindset, and passion for building innovative products that deliver measurable business impact.
