About the Role

Veeam is expanding into the enterprise with a broader platform across Data Security, Identity, and AI trust.

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own and scale the enterprise go-to-market motion—translating our platform and solutions into repeatable plays that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand within strategic accounts.

This role is focused on execution at scale: turning strategy into field success, and ensuring we win in complex enterprise environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and operationalize GTM plays for enterprise customers across key segments and industries
  • Develop clear value frameworks aligned to enterprise buying groups (CIO, CISO, Data Leaders)
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity, win rates, and expansion
  • Translate positioning and solutions into pipeline-generating programs
  • Align closely with demand generation, partners, and customer success to ensure consistent execution across the funnel
  • Support cross-sell and platform adoption within the existing install base
  • Build enterprise-ready sales plays, messaging, and tools for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Develop battlecards, objection handling, and competitive positioning
  • Actively support strategic deals and top accounts with tailored messaging and deal strategy
  • Create repeatable frameworks for account targeting, segmentation, and deal progression
  • Ensure global consistency while enabling regional flexibility
  • Continuously refine GTM based on field feedback and performance data
What You’ll Bring
  • 8–12+ years in product marketing or GTM roles in enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal dynamics
  • Experience building and scaling repeatable GTM motions
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes: pipeline, revenue, adoption
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Bonus Skills
  • A GTM operator who knows how enterprise deals actually get done
  • Understand technical products and translate capabilities into use cases and outcomes
  • A leader in marketing and a partner to sales, with strong field credibility
  • Highly execution-oriented with a focus on business outcomes, not just assets
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, but relentless about driving clarity and results

What you'll get

  • Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
  • Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on your first day
  • Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools via our Employee Assistance Program
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support through Maven, plus paid volunteer time
  • AirVet: 24/7 virtual veterinary care at no cost
  • Legal services, identity protection, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Tax-advantaged spending accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuting
  • Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops, and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning
