The Director, Product & Solutions Marketing leads GumGum's go-to-market marketing function and reports to the SVP, Global Marketing. This role brings product marketing and solutions marketing together into a single remit responsible for turning GumGum's products into a story our commercial teams can sell and giving them the programs, materials, and training to sell it well.

You'll work in close partnership with the SVP, Global Marketing, on GTM strategy and narrative, and with Product, Sales, Client Services, and the broader Marketing team on execution. This is a people leadership role responsible for setting direction for an established, high-performing team and developing its talent.

Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve

  • Translate positioning into a consistent sales pitch across all products, campaigns, and messaging architectures to eliminate field confusion.

  • Lead high-impact product launches personally while guiding the team on mature product repositioning and full portfolio strategy.

  • Partner with Product leadership on roadmap sequencing, using market feedback and competitive intelligence to influence prioritization.

  • Package offerings into problem-centric solutions for vertical and seasonal campaigns aligned with an annual GTM calendar.

  • Direct the case study pipeline to continuously convert client wins into compelling, field-ready proof points for live deals.

  • Oversee the content, tools, and systems—including battlecards, decks, and sales hub infrastructure—that power field readiness.

  • Shape training programs, deliver critical voice-of-authority sessions, and co-pitch alongside sellers on priority accounts.

  • Coach a team of product and solutions marketers, providing actionable feedback while shielding them from low-impact initiatives.

Skills You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of product/solutions marketing experience, including 3+ years directly managing and developing marketers.

  • Proven ability to build positioning, messaging, and end-to-end go-to-market strategies for complex product portfolios.

  • Track record of creating vertical/seasonal commercial programs that drive measurable pipeline and win-rate growth.

  • Skill in translating technical capabilities into sellable, problem-centric solutions for brands and agencies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to train sellers and influence product leaders.

  • Experience designing field enablement materials, systems, and training that drive voluntary sales adoption.

  • Decisive and adaptable leader who thrives under fast-paced commercial demands and uses data to build alignment.

  • Preferred: Background at an ad tech provider, DSP/SSP, or major agency within advertising strategy.
