The Mission

Our client exists to build more than housing—they build opportunity, dignity, and lasting impact. Through innovative modular construction, they are restoring what’s been broken in the building industry by delivering high-quality, attainable multifamily housing at scale—while creating meaningful careers and second chances for the people who build it.

Who They Are

  • A rapidly growing modular design-build manufacturer with a multimillion-dollar pipeline entering 2026 and a 5–10 year growth trajectory projected to exceed $1B in revenue.
  • Founded and led by builders, they take projects from vision to reality, integrating modular thinking from conceptual planning through final construction.
  • They don’t just deliver buildings—they walk alongside developers as true partners, offering full turnkey execution across design, manufacturing, construction, and installation.
  • In just two years, they’ve grown from 3 to 70+ team members, becoming the second-largest employer in the county, while staying deeply committed to their values.
  • Rooted in faith, humility, and stewardship, their culture is defined by hunger, accountability, and service. They proudly champion second-chance employment, working alongside veterans and individuals determined to rebuild their lives with purpose and excellence.

The Role: Why This Matters

As the Director of Project Management, you will be entrusted with more than schedules and budgets—you will help shape communities, steward resources, and lead people. This is an Elite Leader position who:

  • Owns the successful delivery of multifamily modular construction projects from contract execution through final close-out.
  • Carries full lifecycle accountability for financial performance, schedule integrity, subcontractor management, client satisfaction, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • In addition to project-level ownership, the Director of Project Management is responsible for developing Project Managers and Site Supervisors, enforcing company systems, and protecting company profitability through disciplined execution and measurable Deliverables.
  • As a steward of the Company’s financial health and culture, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with world-class client experience while strengthening leadership across the organization.

The Director of Project Management reports directly to the Vice President.

This role is for a leader who wants their work to matter beyond the jobsite—someone who sees construction as a calling, not just a career.
