As a Regional Marketing Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the fraud and financial crime prevention industry.
SEON is rapidly expanding its presence within the NOAM region and we are seeking a data-driven, customer obsessed and problem-solving master of marketing who creates strategies to increase pipeline for the NOAM region. If you enjoy walking side by side with sales, using creativity combined with data, and have sales empathy, we want you to join us as our Regional Marketing Director for NOAM.
What you’ll do:
Developing a regional view of the global marketing plan
Representing regional needs, nuances, and requirements as inputs for campaign planning and execution
Generating and executing creative marketing programs to drive generation and nurture of leads, early pipeline and ABX initiatives
Aligning with sales leaders, AEs, BDRs, account management teams to communicate plans, actions, follow up and insights that need action weekly, monthly and at quarterly business reviews
Collaborate with global field marketing to align resourcing, planning, capacity, and maximizing the return on event investment for the region
Collaborate cross functionally within marketing, sales and other functions needed to ensure the region meets its pipeline and revenue goals.
Travel approximately 20- 25%
What you’ll bring:
7+ years of demand generation across multiple channels
2+ years of account based experience (ABX)/ Account based marketing (ABM) experience
Ability to lead collaboration across marketing, sales, SMEs within the business in the mission to support NOAM sales goals
Communication skills, and the ability to manage the global marketing campaigns, in-region events, and experience collaborating to deliver sales plays
Data-informed decision making skills using native Hubspot reporting along with future insights dashboards
Integrated marketing capability
Hubspot experience a plus
Some sales experience a plus
