Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Director to optimize and streamline our marketing and sales processes. You will be the one to ensure that revenue-related activities are well-coordinated and productive. You will be asked to partner on the strategic initiatives of both the sales and marketing functions. A key aspect of your role will be to facilitate communication of consolidated reporting on results. 

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. He/She must be a strong and influential leader who can discover the most effective ways to go-to-market and facilitate long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with CRO and VP of RevOps to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Build planning models that incorporate strategic goals, to then forecast performance. 
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of operations to ensure smooth progress toward budgeted targets.
  • Monitor activities from key sales and marketing players and provide constructive feedback. 
  • Evaluate both the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures according to organizational objectives and apply/suggest improvements.
  • Manage contractual processes and coordinate with outside legal counsel.
Qualifications 
  • Minimum of 10 years in Software Revenue Operations, including 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience as Revenue Operations Director or equivalent position
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience building a team
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, and Finance as it relates to SaaS)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
