Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Sales and Partnerships. The Director will drive sales growth with employee benefits consultants, advisors, brokers and employers and explore new business development opportunities. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with key partners, demonstrating the Milu value proposition and ensuring exceptional customer support.
QualificationsPreferred: Experience working with employee benefits advisors and consultants
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships
Expertise in Business Development, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment
