Build a sales enablement function from scratch at a high-growth technical SaaS. Partner with CRO and sales leaders to create revenue-impacting programs, design ramp and training for technical AEs, produce practical enablement content, and run in-person bootcamps and kickoffs (monthly travel). Ship high-quality, usable enablement resources and operate comfortably with engineering and developer stakeholders.

About LiveKit

LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the voice-driven era of computing. Our platform gives developers everything they need to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe agents in production. Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year.

About You

Most sales enablement roles are about polishing a motion that already exists — running certifications, organizing the content library, calibrating ramp programs someone else built years ago. That's not this role.

We don't have a sales enablement function yet. Our sales team is growing fast, our product is deeply technical, and we're selling into a category (voice AI) that didn't exist two years ago. The right person here is looking for a blank page to build on, alongside a CRO, Sales leaders, and VP Marketing who are still actively shaping the motion themselves!

You'll thrive as a Sales Enablement lead at LiveKit if you:

  • are obsessed with helping AEs sell better and close faster

  • are known as the go-to person for tackling tough problems

  • work hard and can build and ship fast

  • are focused on polish, detail, and quality

  • are a fast learner, frequently picking up new tips, tricks, and skills

The best way to impress us is with a point of view on how you'd ramp our AEs on a technical product like LiveKit, and ideally some hands-on time in our docs or building a small app with it yourself 😊

What You'll Do
  • Built an enablement function from 0→1 at a high-growth SaaS or technical company

  • Track record of partnering with senior sales leadership on revenue-impacting programs (not just content production)

  • Comfortable with a deeply technical product, you can hold your own with developers and engineers without being one yourself

  • Strong content and delivery instincts, you ship things AEs actually use, not things that look good in a deck

  • High bias for shipping over planning, and genuinely comfortable in ambiguity

  • Able to travel monthly for in-person enablement (kickoffs, ramp bootcamps, skill-builds)

Nice to Have
  • Experience enabling on developer, API, or infrastructure products

  • Previous in-house experience at an early-stage (Series A–C) company

  • A background in PMM or sales that you grew into enablement

  • A real point of view on what's broken about most enablement teams (we have ours)

  • In those school group projects, you did most of the work (sigh).

Our Commitment to You
  • An opportunity to build something truly impactful to the world

  • Contribute to open source alongside world-class engineers

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Flexible vacation policy
