At Precisely, we're not just building software — we're shaping the future of data integrity. As a global leader in data quality, data enrichment, and location intelligence, Precisely helps thousands of the world's most trusted brands make confident decisions with data they can rely on. We're an AI-first organization, which means artificial intelligence isn't a buzzword here — it's woven into how we build products, how we work, and how we think about solving complex problems for our customers. When you join Precisely, you join a team of curious, driven innovators who believe that better data makes the world run better. If you're ready to do meaningful work at the intersection of AI and data — and help define what's possible — we'd love for you to apply!

This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US

Overview of the Role: Capital markets and banking organizations are among the most data-intensive and AI-ambitious enterprises in the world — and Precisely sits at the center of their transformation agenda. This is a first-line sales leadership role. You will own the development and performance of a team of enterprise AEs covering large financial services accounts across the US and Canada — no personal quota. Your job is to make the team measurably better: coaching reps to engage higher with CXOs, deeper with technical and developer buyers, and broader across Precisely's full product portfolio. As Precisely's platform expands and ASP grows, this leader will be the engine that translates capability into larger, more strategic deals. Strong performance in this role creates a clear path to VP.

What you will do:

  • Lead and develop the team - Coach, develop, and retain a team of enterprise AEs. Build individual development plans tied to measurable milestones. Create a culture that attracts elite talent and makes people better faster.
  • Coach to the full buyer range - Develop AEs to engage the full spectrum of financial services buyers — from CXOs and CDOs setting AI and data strategy, to data engineers and developers evaluating solutions hands-on. Be personally credible with both. Precisely offers a free trial; the technical buyer journey matters as much as the executive one.
  • Drive deal quality and platform breadth - Coach away from point-product transactions toward multi-solution, platform-level deals that capture whitespace across the full Data Integrity Suite. Raise ASP by expanding account plans and building toward strategic, multi-year commitments.
  • Own the operating rhythm - Run a disciplined weekly and quarterly cadence — pipeline reviews, deal inspections, forecast calls, QBRs – and enforce MEDDPICC rigor in every active opportunity. Every AE contributes to pipeline every quarter, not just at close.
  • Make data the coaching language - Use pipeline analytics, win/loss data, activity metrics, and conversation intelligence to drive specific, evidence-based coaching decisions — not instinct. Track progress against metrics that connect to revenue outcomes.
  • Own executive presence in key accounts - Be personally present in the most strategic accounts. Model the CXO-level engagement you are coaching toward. Serve as the senior Precisely voice in executive briefings, roadmap discussions, and escalations.
  • Build pipeline and partner coverage - Partner with BDR, marketing, and the GSI and advisory ecosystem to build healthy pipeline across all AEs and solutions. Drive proactive outbound account planning across the US and Canada.
  • Align cross-functionally - Coordinate with SE, Customer Success, Renewals, Product, and Marketing to ensure the team has what it needs to compete and win — and that field intelligence flows back into the product roadmap.

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales; 2+ years in a first-line sales management role. SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep capital markets and banking domain knowledge, with a genuine understanding of how data, AI, and analytics priorities are set inside these organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams to engage the full buyer range: CXO-level executives and technical/developer buyers. Personal credibility at both levels is required.
  • Track record of raising team performance across quota attainment, deal size, pipeline coverage, and ramp time — measured, not anecdotal.
  • Metrics-first operating style: pipeline data, win/loss analysis, activity analytics, and conversation intelligence driving coaching and forecast decisions.
  • MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology fluency at the team level — in deal reviews and 1:1s, not just training.
  • Experience coaching multi-product, platform-level deals and expanding account whitespace.
  • New York-based or willing to be. Travel up to 50% across the US and Canada.

AI Proficiency: Precisely is an AI-first organization. This role models and embeds AI adoption team-wide:

  • Hands-on use of AI tools for account research, call prep, pipeline analysis, and deal coaching.
  • Experience with AI-assisted CRM hygiene and signal-based prospecting tools.
  • Ability to define and scale AI-driven selling practices across the team.

Preferred Skills (a plus but not required):

  • Genuine domain curiosity — candidates who care about the data and AI problem, not just the number, tell better stories and win bigger deals.
  • Familiarity with Precisely's product footprint or adjacent data platforms — able to speak fluently to data and AI buyers from day one.
  • Existing executive relationships at major capital markets firms or banks in the Americas.
  • Experience operating in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environment with rigorous quarterly operating standards.
