As mobile continues to become a critical component of omnichannel marketing strategies, we're investing in a dedicated Mobile Sales Specialist organization to accelerate customer adoption, deepen strategic partnerships, and help customers maximize business outcomes across the full StackAdapt platform.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader to build and lead our Mobile Sales Specialist organization.
Reporting to the SVP, Global Client Services, you'll define the commercial strategy, operating model, and go-to-market motion for Mobile while ensuring it is deeply integrated into StackAdapt's broader platform strategy. You'll partner closely with Sales, Services, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to build repeatable sales motions that position Mobile as a strategic capability within customers' overall marketing ecosystem—not as a standalone point solution.
What you'll be doing
Build a new function
- Build and scale StackAdapt's Mobile Sales Specialist organization.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Mobile specialists.
- Establish the operating model, forecasting rhythm, and performance culture.
- Develop repeatable sales methodologies and enablement for the broader commercial organization.
Drive Business Growth
- Own Mobile revenue, pipeline, adoption, and expansion goals.
- Partner with Account Executives, Client Partners, and Customer Success to accelerate strategic opportunities.
- Act as executive sponsor on complex enterprise opportunities.
- Expand Mobile adoption within existing customers while opening new opportunities through integrated platform solutions.
Shape the Mobile Strategy
- Define StackAdapt's Mobile go-to-market strategy.
- Position Mobile as part of customers' broader advertising and marketing strategies.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to influence positioning, packaging, and roadmap priorities.
- Bring market intelligence and customer feedback into future product development.
Drive Product & Commercial Strategy
- Act as the bridge between the Revenue team with Product and AdTech teams to help shape the evolution of StackAdapt's Mobile capabilities, bringing customer insights, technical expertise, and market intelligence into roadmap and commercialization decisions.
- Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Sales Leadership.
- Align mobile initiatives with broader commercial priorities.
- Build frameworks that help general sellers confidently position Mobile within larger platform conversations.
- Represent customer needs in executive planning.
Scale for the Future
- Build forecasting models and business reporting.
- Identify emerging market trends across mobile advertising, app marketing, AI, privacy, attribution, and measurement.
- Continuously evolve the commercial strategy as StackAdapt's platform expands.
- Experience building or leading Mobile advertising, App Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth organizations.
- Proven success owning revenue and scaling specialist sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular), SKAN, privacy, attribution, app growth, and mobile performance marketing.
- Experience working with enterprise advertisers, gaming companies, app developers, retail, finance, or other mobile-first businesses.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into executive-level business outcomes.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering teams to commercialize new capabilities, influence product direction, and bring customer insights into roadmap decisions.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior customer stakeholders.
- Builder mentality with experience creating repeatable GTM motions.
Preferred
- Experience selling or leading Mobile businesses at companies such as Moloco, Google, Meta, AppLovin, Liftoff, Unity, Digital Turbine, TikTok, or similar organizations.
- However, success in this role requires thinking beyond Mobile as an individual channel. The ideal leader understands how Mobile complements omnichannel media, AI-powered optimization, first-party data strategies, measurement, and the evolving marketing technology landscape to drive broader customer outcomes.
- Experience helping evolve specialist expertise into scalable capabilities adopted by broader sales organizations.
