  • Build and maintain relationships with key strategic partners, including channel dealers and software solution providers.
  • Identify and act on emerging opportunities and market shifts, blending customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry foresight to recommend bold strategic directions for growth.
  • Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and partnerships.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and incentive programs.
  • Oversee CRM usage and sales reporting to ensure data accuracy and visibility into pipeline health and performance.
  • Implement best practices and sales methodologies to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing both direct and channel sales teams, ideally in healthcare technology, medtech, or related capital equipment sectors.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executives, partners, and decision-makers in healthcare systems and design/architecture communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 30–40%).
