About the role:

We’re looking for a Director of Solution Architects who can ignite sales teams, craft winning commercial strategies, and help organisations break free from overpriced enterprise software support. In this high impact role, you’ll operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on enabler, shaping how we sell, how we win, and how we scale success across global markets.

You’ll sit at the intersection of sales leadership, presales excellence, and commercial strategy, driving consistency, capability, and performance across the organisation. Expect to influence complex deals, elevate team capability, and help customers rethink how they manage enterprise software support.

If you’re ready to lead the future of presales and sales enablement, this role is for you!

What you’ll be doing:

The ideal candidate will be someone who loves to lead from the front, shape winning strategies, and empower teams to deliver their best work. In this key role you will be:

  • Partnering with sales to shape deals, deliver standout demos, analyse client environments, and design winning SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Managed Services solutions
  • Owning technical accuracy, competitive positioning, and seamless handovers while ensuring every opportunity is set up for commercial and delivery success
  • Defining strategy, establishing operating rhythms, and embedding best practice selling across global teams
  • Leading, coaching, and growing presales and sales enablement talent through structured onboarding, continuous training, and competency frameworks
  • Connecting sales, marketing, product, delivery, and customer success to ensure unified messaging, smooth processes, and powerful gotomarket execution.
  • Analysing win rates, cycle times, CRM insights, and market trends to sharpen strategy, improve efficiency, and influence decision-making at senior levels
  • Balancing hands-on client delivery with leadership of enablement strategy, ensuring readiness, consistency, and measurable uplift in sales effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a leader who can bridge strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, sales enablement, or technical sales leadership within enterprise technology
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle ecosystems, ideally including PeopleSoft, cloud, or managed services
  • A confident and engaging communicator with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes
  • A collaborative leader who thrives on coaching teams, improving performance, and driving growth
  • Energy, ambition, and a passion for transforming the way enterprise support is delivered.

Interview process:

Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Screening Call – A friendly chat with our Talent Acquisition team to get to know you and discuss the role
  2. Hiring Manager Interview – Your chance to showcase your skills, experience, and ask us any questions about the role and team
  3. Team Interview Get to meet with other team members, dive into the exciting projects you’ll be working on, and experience the collaborative energy that drives our success!
  4. Final HR Interview – A deeper conversation to understand your values, ensure a great cultural fit, and discuss the next steps.

Benefits and perks:

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive Salary We value your hard work with a competitive package to be discussed from the very first conversation
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401K retirement savings plan
