Lead end-to-end discoverability and domain migration strategy to secure LLM and search citation authority for Bryan Johnson and Blueprint. Build technical citation infrastructure (llms.txt, robots.txt, Schema.org), manage Wikidata/Wikipedia and YouTube transcript indexing, run LLM citation tracking, brief and oversee specialist contractors, and grow a lean discoverability team to execute a 30-day roadmap and long-term domain migration.

Overcoming death will be humanity's greatest achievement.

Blueprint was founded by Bryan Johnson, who is competing for the world's best comprehensive biomarkers. He is the world's most measured human.

Blueprint is methodically built on science. Bryan freely shares his protocol, learnings, and data with everyone to use. Blueprint has also developed a family of products to make the benefits of the Blueprint protocol affordable and available to all.

We're a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don't Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.

We're seeking a Senior Director of Discoverability to own how Bryan Johnson and Blueprint are found, cited, and represented across LLMs, search, and AI systems.

LLMs and AI Overviews already know who Bryan is. This role is designed to win citation credit that’s currently being given to 3rd parties, while also building the roadmap for a major domain migration.

This is an infrastructure and authority role, not a traditional SEO role. The right person thinks in citation networks — understanding how someone could own a search query like 'biological age reversal' in every AI system based on what's been cited and indexed over time, not on what ranks today.

You will own discoverability end-to-end: technical infrastructure, content authority, LLM citation strategy, Wikipedia and Wikidata presence, and domain migration architecture. You will manage a lean specialist team of contractors and vendors executing against a clear 30-day plan.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own the full domain migration strategy — design and sign off on the redirect and canonical architecture before any content is built on URLs that will need to move
  • Deploy llms.txt, robots.txt, and Schema.org structured data across all web properties to establish direct LLM citation infrastructure
  • Build sameAs schema linking Blueprint and other Bryan Johnson brands as the same entity.
  • Seed LLM authority for new brands now — own the 'Immortalism,' 'Warriors and Caretakers,' and 'Don't Die' semantic spaces in training data before the brand launches
  • Manage the YouTube transcript pipeline (1,012 videos, 390M views) — convert to indexed HTML at 50 pages/week with brand-agnostic URL structure
  • Oversee Wikipedia strategy — Don't Die philosophy article submission and Bryan Johnson biographical article updates via disclosed COI editor
  • Manage Wikidata entity migration — add new brands as a founded-by relationship and create linked entity before the domain migration
  • Brief and manage all specialist contractors and vendors: technical SEO engineer, content writer, transcript pipeline engineer, schema vendor, LLM tracking vendor, Wikipedia consultancy, PR agency
  • Run the weekly LLM citation tracking protocol
  • Manage and grow the discoverability team over time as Blueprint scales

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital media
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field
  • Has personally managed a major domain migration in the GEO era — knows how 301s, canonical tags, sameAs schema, and Wikidata migrations work in practice, not just theory
  • Has shipped an llms.txt and tracked LLM citation pattern changes as a result
  • Strong understanding of how LLMs are trained and how citation authority accrues
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams of contractors, freelancers, and vendors simultaneously
  • Experience with AI search visibility platforms (Profound, Otterly.AI, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high standards and minimal bureaucracy

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in health, science, or longevity media — understands how citations work in scientific contexts, not just SEO contexts
  • Experience with programmatic content at scale — has managed a 500+ page pipeline without triggering a Google thin-content review
  • Familiar with the Wikipedia COI disclosure process and Wikidata editing
  • Has worked with Schema App or similar managed schema deployment services
  • Strong familiarity with scientific or clinical data and the ability to assess what makes a claim LLM-citable vs. not

Benefits

Salary Range: $175-260k + equity + benefits
