The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Director to join our Strategic Pursuit team. Reporting to the Vice President, you'll be responsible for:

  • Being a key sales leader responsible for building and guiding an elite team dedicated to Zscaler’s most critical customers
  • Owning the strategy, team performance, and executive engagement required to transform our largest accounts into long-term strategic partners
  • Empowering a broader team to drive their customers' digital transformation journeys and ensure Zscaler is deeply embedded in their business strategy
  • Ensuring alignment between Zscaler teams, customers and partners engaged on the pursuit
  • Maintain a strategic perspective on customers and partners to help them evolve and achieve growth and greater alignment

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications): 

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership or strategic account management experience in software/SaaS/Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
  • Proficient and a proven track record of large strategic and transformational sales
  • Located in the Central or Northeast area (Chicago, Dallas, NYC preferred) 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): 

  • Possess strong existing network with C-suite executives in client organizations and track record in building C-suite relationships
  • Strong sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation
  • Understand and communicate the business value and/or ROI of installed and proposed products and solutions

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$168,000$240,000 USD
