Position Overview

LVIS is seeking a Director, Strategic Finance & IR to lead strategic financial planning, investor relations, and business planning initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with executive leadership on financial strategy, revenue planning, investor communications, and external partnerships in a fast-growing AI healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment while managing relationships with investors, partners, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business projection activities
  • Prepare and manage investor relations (IR) materials including presentations, reports, and business updates
  • Support communication and relationship management with current and prospective investors
  • Develop strategic financial models and analyses to support executive decision-making
  • Support revenue growth initiatives, business expansion efforts, and strategic partnerships
  • Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, industry conferences, and external business discussions
  • Collaborate with leadership on fundraising activities and corporate strategy initiatives
  • Monitor business performance, financial trends, and operational metrics
  • Prepare internal and external business reports and executive-level presentations
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, clinical, product, and leadership teams

RequirementsRequired
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, IR, business planning, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience supporting IPO preparation or public company readiness initiatives.
  • Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and investor-facing materials
  • Experience supporting fundraising, investment, or M&A-related activities
  • Experience engaging with investors, strategic partners, or external business stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, biotech, digital health, or AI healthcare industries
  • Familiarity with startup or high-growth company environments

BenefitsCompensation
  • Expected base salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 annually.
  • Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
