  • Develop scalable SOPs, review protocols, naming conventions, and data validation frameworks.
  • Own onboarding documentation and operational playbooks to accelerate new hire productivity.
  • Lead internal change management initiatives to improve team processes and adoption of best practices.

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Management

  • Partner with the Head of Commercial Data & Analytics to develop and maintain the team's strategic roadmap.
  • Define and manage the team's operating cadence, including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, capacity planning, and cross-functional meetings.

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, analytics operations, consulting, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated success building operational infrastructure and scalable processes within high-growth organizations.
  • Experience partnering closely with analytics, data, or business intelligence teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
