Lead supply planning for a fabless semiconductor company: develop and implement supply planning processes, manage supplier forecasts and capacity, lock in fab capacity, oversee materials to finished goods, and build supplier relationships to balance on-time delivery and costs across product lifecycles.
We are seeking a Supply Planning leader to join our Operations team in San Jose, CA. This is an opportunity to join Arm at an exciting time as our business continues to grow. You will develop our supply chain, from driving supplier forecast and capacity planning to ensuring the timely delivery throughout the lifetime of the product.

- Develop supply chain transparency through building strong trusting relationships with our suppliers.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 10 years experience in a fabless semiconductor startup
- Hands on experience with end-to-end Foundry and OSAT supply planning
- Experience in fab capacity planning and wafer starts
- Proven ability to translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans across multiple nodes and suppliers
- Efficiently collaborating across multiple time zones
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
- Experience planning memory supply
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast changing environments
- Experience in a large scale fabless semiconductor company
- Consistent record in identifying and proactively mitigating supply risks, capacity constraints, and yield variability
- Experience in supporting NPI ramp planning, working closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Program Management
