Role Description

We seek a Director-level AI Product Manager to guide central aspects of the Client Intelligence product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Translate firm‑wide AI strategy into concrete, scalable product capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Champion an AI‑first mentality centered on the product, embedding intelligence directly into user workflows rather than building standalone tools.

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive outcome‑based prioritization, balancing speed, quality, risk, and long‑term platform health.

  • Establish clear success metrics (adoption, revenue impact, efficiency lift, client outcomes) and hold teams accountable to results.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a senior partner to Engineering, Data Science, Build, Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy to deliver AI responsibly and at scale.

  • Navigate complex regulatory and data‑governance considerations, ensuring products meet BlackRock’s high standards for trust, security, and client protection.

  • Influence collaborators at the VP, Director, and Managing Director levels across global teams.

People & Org Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, setting a high bar for product thinking, execution rigor, and leadership behaviors.

  • Contribute to organizational build, hiring, talent development, and succession planning within the AI product management community.

  • Role‑model inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience including leadership of complex, data-focused and technology-enhanced products.

  • Proven experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI‑powered products at scale.

  • Strong product judgment, critical thinking, and execution rigor.

  • Established background in guiding and growing senior product managers.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both deeply technical teams and senior business leaders.

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise platforms like CRM or regulated environments (financial services a plus).

  • Familiarity with modern AI architectures, data platforms, and experimentation frameworks.

  • Track record of driving measurable commercial or client impact through product innovation.

  • Passion for responsible AI, human‑centered development, and continuous improvement.
