  • Technical proficiency in cloud-native architectures, isolation models, containerization, and secure multi-tenant systems.

  • Proven success delivering high-impact technically complex solutions that achieve regulatory compliance while maintaining high performance and operational excellence.

  • Technical Leadership: Ability to synthesize regulatory needs into architecture and design while guiding internal execution across diverse teams.

  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong collaboration and influence skills, capable of leading engineering engagement, communicating with government partners, and working with high security customers.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Engineering Enablement: History of creating scalable processes and extensible  systems that facilitate compliance and security as foundational capabilities in hardware,  infrastructure and IaaS, platforms and applications.

  • Global Regulatory Expertise: Direct experience in designing, developing, delivering and operating secure cloud products in regulated markets (e.g., EU, Asia-Pacific, isolated and national clouds).

  • Public Sector Depth: Familiarity with government operational models (ATO), mission workloads, and the evolving security posture of public institutions.
