Join our Team as a DMS DIGITAL QA SUPERVISOR!

 

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated DMS Digital QA Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the Quality Assurance function for Dealer Management System (DMS) applications and digital solutions supporting the TMHNA dealer network. This role oversees a team of QA Analysts, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications, system enhancements, and integrations. The supervisor collaborates closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and IT teams to support successful project delivery, establish QA standards and best practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and promote test automation. Additionally, this position provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for the QA team while serving as a subject matter expert in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and DMS solutions.  If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Review and draft test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports across digital platforms
  • Support the execution of test plans and test cases
  • Record logs of test cases and provide actionable feedback to the product owner and development teams as necessary
  • Review and update corporate Quality Assurance policies, standards, and governance
  • Review user stories to ensure acceptance criteria, assumptions, and requirements are understood and testable
  • Participate in ranking defects and prioritizing defect/bug fixes
  • Participate in final go/no-go decision prior to elevating code to production environments
  • Administers constant improvement in testing processes, deliverables, and reporting
  • Actively participate in defect triage
  • Participate and drive contract reviews as assigned
  • Assist the Digital QA Manager in departmental budgeting activities
  • Practice fiduciary responsibility
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • 10 + Years of Related Professional Experience
  • Quality Assurance Certification is a plus (ex. CSTE, CSQA, CAST, etc.)
  • Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plans, JIRA, Zephyr Squad
  • Familiar with Automated Testing (Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber preferred)

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Salary - $94,020 - $120,540 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
