Description

We are a Price-Simms Family owned business that provides a family owned and team oriented work environment. We are looking for super motivated people highly focused on customer satisfaction and working as a team player.

We currently are looking to hire for the following position: Document Specialist.

Position Purpose:

This position performs the support for the sales team and prints DMV and bank documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- preparing paperwork for new/used vehicle sales

- checking accuracy of all data / signatures throughout the transaction

- calculating commissions

- preparing loan funding paperwork

- Assisting sales managers with collecting money at the time of transaction

- Maintaining confidentiality of customer information

- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information

Requirements:

- must be extremely detail oriented and focused

- must be comfortable in fast-pace environment

- flexible schedule / weekend availability is a must / occasional late hours (9-9:30 pm 2-3 days/week)

Job Type: Full-time only

$22 / hr

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to navigate through computer software
  • Good attitude and sportsmanship
  • Some sort of customer service experience
  • Must know how to navigate through Google Drive
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work under some stances of pressure
  • Must be able to multitask with talking to a sales manager and printing documents
  • Weekend availability is a must / occasional late hours (9-9:30 pm 2-3 days/week)
