This is a high-impact, full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on helping organizations modernize how they create, manage, and deliver customer-facing communications.

If you have experience selling CCM, document automation, customer engagement, output management, content automation, or related enterprise communication solutions, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll DoNew Business Development & Territory Growth
  • Identify, target, and develop new enterprise opportunities across your territory.
  • Prospect organizations that rely on complex, high-volume, or regulated customer communications (insurance, financial services, healthcare, utilities, telecom, government, etc.).
  • Understand the communication challenges, workflows, and compliance pressures facing your prospects — and map Cincom solutions to their needs.
Consultative Enterprise Sales
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demos → solution mapping → negotiation → closing.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos that articulate the business value of modern CCM and communications automation.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Suite leaders, IT directors, operations executives, and procurement teams.
Partner Engagement & Channel Growth
  • Identify and nurture relationships with systems integrators, technology partners, and solution providers who incorporate CCM or document automation into their offerings.
  • Support joint go-to-market efforts and help partners expand their CCM practice with Cincom technologies.
Market & Product Expertise
  • Stay current on CCM, document automation, CX communications, and related market trends.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Position Cincom as a strategic partner, not just a software vendor.

7+ years of full-cycle enterprise software sales experience, ideally in:

  • Customer Communications Management (CCM)
  • Document Automation / Document Composition
  • Output Management
  • Customer Experience Communications
  • Content/Document Management (ECM/ECS) with a strong communications focus

  • A proven track record of exceeding quota in consultative enterprise sales.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a history of building long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with or selling through SIs, channel partners, or technology alliances is a plus.
