Cincom is seeking an experienced Senior Software Sales Representative to drive growth for our Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Document Automation software solutions.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on helping organizations modernize how they create, manage, and deliver customer-facing communications.

What You’ll DoNew Business Development & Territory Growth- Identify, target, and develop new enterprise opportunities across your territory.
- Prospect organizations that rely on complex, high-volume, or regulated customer communications (insurance, financial services, healthcare, utilities, telecom, government, etc.).
- Understand the communication challenges, workflows, and compliance pressures facing your prospects — and map Cincom solutions to their needs.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demos → solution mapping → negotiation → closing.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that articulate the business value of modern CCM and communications automation.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Suite leaders, IT directors, operations executives, and procurement teams.
- Identify and nurture relationships with systems integrators, technology partners, and solution providers who incorporate CCM or document automation into their offerings.
- Support joint go-to-market efforts and help partners expand their CCM practice with Cincom technologies.
- Stay current on CCM, document automation, CX communications, and related market trends.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Position Cincom as a strategic partner, not just a software vendor.
Requirements
7+ years of full-cycle enterprise software sales experience, ideally in:
- Customer Communications Management (CCM)
- Document Automation / Document Composition
- Output Management
- Customer Experience Communications
- Content/Document Management (ECM/ECS) with a strong communications focus
- A proven track record of exceeding quota in consultative enterprise sales.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a history of building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience selling into regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Experience working with or selling through SIs, channel partners, or technology alliances is a plus.
